Founder and President Willie. E. Dover helps to lead his team while also designing and setting up accounting systems and business formation services and providing tax and bookkeeping advisory and consultation services. W.E.D. Tax Accounting Services, Inc's future endeavors are to help inform and educate local individuals and business owners on the importance of financial planning. W.E.D. Tax and Accounting Services, Inc. Seeks to do this through various speaking engagement, forums, conferences, and networking events. Willie has an extensive non-profit background spanning over 20 years. Willie has worked and provided economic management, bookkeeping and board development to various non-profit organizations throughout the country. Willie received an associate degree in Business Administration from MALCOM X COLLEGE CLASS OF 1985. He also received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from NORTHEASTERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY CLASS OF 1989.

Kenike Johnson has extensive tax experience dating back to 2011. She is highly driven and efficient, always striving to deliver her best. Her investigative and inquisitive character has helped the W.E.D. Tax & Accounting Services, Inc. remain cutting edge and atop the latest changes in the tax industry. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/Television Broadcasting and a Master of Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Business Management. Kenike possess 10+ years of accounting and administration experience. Previously serving in various capacities to include Office Management, Member Care Coordination and Benefit Advocacy, helps her to excel in her current role. Kenike enjoys understanding the complexities of tax preparation and exploring potential benefits for clients. In her role as Senior Tax Preparer, she strives to maintain superior communication with clients, to ensure all information provided is consistent and clear. Assisting clients to achieve their financial goals and identifying strategies for financial freedom is her passion.

Lazaria Washington earned an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Triton College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Illinois-Chicago. In her rising career in Accounting, she has imbedded herself in its culture to include membership in professional organizations such as the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She is passionate about helping people and is focused on combining this passion and her accounting knowledge to help make the accounting process easier for our clients. Lazaria joined the W.E.D. Tax & Accounting Services, Inc. team in 2021. Her focus includes working and communicating with clients to help guide them through the tax preparation and accounting process.

Meet our Administrative Specialist Gussie M. Harrington. Gussie has been a part of the W.E.D. Tax & Accounting Services, Inc. team since 2005. Prior to joining the team she worked as a Store Manager for an area Telephone Service provider. She spent 34 years of her professional career at Zenith Electronics prior to entering early retirement. She takes pride and joy in serving both the clients and staff of W.E.D. Tax & Accounting Services, Inc. Fielding telephone calls, scheduling appointments, etc. are a part of the daily tasks she completes but her passion is fulfilled by connecting with every client that she gets to interact with. Her number one priority is ensuring that the office is a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all that visit the location.

Ting Waller, Certified Public Accountant has had the opportunity to work in the accounting departments for small and large scale organizations in public and private sectors. With over 15 years of experience, Ting has been fortunate to work with clients in various industries maintaining accurate accounting information and reconciliations as well as tax preparation for business entities and individuals. Ting graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts, Accountancy and completed her MBA with a concentration in International Business at Claude Bernard University, Lyon France. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. Her vast background includes Cost Accounting, Financial Reporting, Business Analysis and more. She recently joined the W.E.D. Tax & Accounting Services, Inc. team where her experience will honor the firm’s professionalism and dedication to its clients. Ting has already proven herself as a valuable asset to the team and will work tirelessly in support of our clients.

Christopher Ansbro is the consummate professional with a vast background in sales, management, operations and most recently tax preparation. Having joined the W.E.D. Tax & Accounting Services, Inc. Coconut Creek team in June 2022, he has proven to be a valuable asset to the organization and its clientele. He is a graduate of Broward College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. Christopher utilizes the business acumen and knowledge attained through his education and work experience to provide excellent client services. At W.E.D. Tax & Accounting Services, Inc., Christopher strives to facilitate effective communication between clients and tax authorities. His consultative approach with clients allows him to assess and ease the tax preparation process. He endeavors to ensure quality outcomes and overall satisfaction for our clients daily.
