Founder and President Willie. E. Willie has worked and provided economic management, bookkeeping and board development to various non-profit organizations throughout the country. Willie received an associate degree in Business Administration from MALCOM X COLLEGE CLASS OF 1985. He also received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from NORTHEASTERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY CLASS OF 1989.

Kenike Johnson has extensive tax experience dating back to 2011. She is highly driven and efficient, always striving to deliver her best. Her investigative and inquisitive character has helped the W.E.D. Tax & Accounting Services, Inc. remain cutting edge and atop the latest changes in the tax industry. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/Television Broadcasting and a Master of Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Business Management. Kenike possess 10+ years of accounting and administration experience. Previously serving in various capacities to include Office Management, Member Care Coordination and Benefit Advocacy, helps her to excel in her current role. Kenike enjoys understanding the complexities of tax preparation and exploring potential benefits for clients. In her role as Senior Tax Preparer, she strives to maintain superior communication with clients, to ensure all information provided is consistent and clear. Assisting clients to achieve their financial goals and identifying strategies for financial freedom is her passion.

Ting Waller, Certified Public Accountant has had the opportunity to work in the accounting departments for small and large scale organizations in public and private sectors. With over 15 years of experience, Ting has been fortunate to work with clients in various industries maintaining accurate accounting information and reconciliations as well as tax preparation for business entities and individuals. Ting graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts, Accountancy and completed her MBA with a concentration in International Business at Claude Bernard University, Lyon France. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. Her vast background includes Cost Accounting, Financial Reporting, Business Analysis and more. She recently joined the W.E.D. Tax & Accounting Services, Inc. team where her experience will honor the firm’s professionalism and dedication to its clients. Ting has already proven herself as a valuable asset to the team and will work tirelessly in support of our clients.
